About D’Adamo

I woke up one day in the Spring of 2012 and decided to move South..

…exactly 973 miles from everyone and everything I knew and loved — to a new state, a new culture, new faces and places.  I didn’t know if it was the right decision, but I knew it was a decision.  Any decision is better than no decision at all.  I didn’t exactly have ‘the why’ figured out.  I just knew it was time to leave comfort for challenge.

As a former TV news anchor, reporter and journalist, I was honored to spend 13 amzing years telling stories in Upstate New York.  Some fascinating.  Some heartbreaking.  But what if you could recalculate life and write new stories?  Take the vision in your head you always pictured and make it happen.  Pass or fail.

Welcome to my journey — as I take my lumps and bumps along the way — leaving the cozy familiar faces and places I’d always known in picturesque Upstate New York to take on life and whatever it brings along the way, first Atlanta, Georgia and now beautiful, sunny West Palm Beach, Florida.

Faith isn’t exactly making this journey easy — but it is making it possible.

Enjoy the ride in the backseat of my journey as I do one thing really right….living a full life just being me.  Warmly, D.

I always enjoyed and admired your professionalism as a journalist and now as a newly found friend here in the South. Everything happens for a reason. To new challenges!!! Clink! (Sound of 2 glasses of Jammin Red red wine from Glenora)

As a resident of Syracuse, I have always admired your professionalism and dedication as a journalist and now as a newly found friend here in the South. Everything happens for a reason. To new life challenges: clink (sound of 2 glasses of Glenora’s Jammin Red red wine).
